NETWORKING & MEETINGS
Soroptimist International of Holiday Isles meets the first Tuesday of the month at The Club at Treasure Island (formerly Treasure Island Yacht and Tennis Club), 400 Island Causeway. We start gathering around 5:30 and order our meals, with the target of starting the meeting at 6:00. Soroptimist is an international organization of caring women, who work through volunteer community service projects to improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world.
In 2011, members of SI Largo Mid-Pinellas Club joined with members of SI Holiday Isles Club creating a stronger Soroptimist presence in South Pinellas County.
SI Holiday Isles Club offers Mutual Support, Friendship, Fun, Travel (to Conferences and Conventions) and Networking, as well as an opportunity to “give back to the community”.
Soroptimist International was founded in 1921 and SI Holiday Isles was chartered April 14, 1956.
